Be a vendor at our upcoming event and put your business in front of our huge audience of moms, expecting moms, and families. All tables will be strategically placed at the event, allowing access to the thousands of shoppers at the event.
Is the booth spot for my business already taken?
Click register and then select the ticket for the package you would like. The order form will ask you for your business. If it is listed and not greyed out / not struck thru, it is available. Select it and once you finish registration the spot is yours!


For onsite vendors, we only allow one in each business category per day (i.e. book seller, insurance agency, etc) to maximize your experience.
Be a vendor for the full 3-day event or choose a single day booth.
The full shopping hours for the event are*:


Friday, September 13 - 11am-7pm - (first general admission day)


Saturday, September 14 - 9am-2pm and *3pm-7pm (*1/2 price sale)


Sunday, September 15 - 9am-2pm (1/2 price sale)

Single Day Choices and Demographics:
Friday, September 13, 11am-7pm: Hundreds of local moms with children. A key demographic for this time period is stay-at-home moms and working parents in the evening.
Saturday, September 14, 9am-2pm and 3pm-7pm: This morning attracts customers that are not able to attend during the work week. This evening will be the start of the JBF half-price sale. Hundreds of local families (children are allowed). If you choose this evening, we encourage you to create a 'half-price' offer for your booth (ie-half-off registration fee, buy one-get one half-off, etc).
Sunday, September 15, 9am-2pm: Hundreds of local families.
*Full event booths include all 3 days for roughly half the cost of single-day prices!*

Booths include placement of your ad in our family packs that are given to the first 500 shoppers. You provide your own ads, coupons and/or promotional items for the Family Packs (500 copies). These family packs need to be dropped off no later than September 12 at the venue from 8am-7pm. You may choose any color paper, up to 8.5x11", and may use both sides. You design the coupon or flyer but we strongly encourage you to make it some type of offer (i.e. buy one get one ½ off, free 1-hour consultation, etc). We have found that offer ads are the ones that draw more customers back to the vendors after the event is over.
Booth vendors will need to provide a 6-foot table, a chair, table coverings and display items necessary for the duration of the sale. Full event vendors do not have to be present at all times but we recommend maximizing your presence for best results. Electrical outlets are available for $15 per outlet.
We encourage you to do a giveaway from your booth to entice customers to visit you as well as to aid you in collecting customer contact information.
You are solely responsible for the manning, operation, setup and breakdown of your booth.
The limited number of spaces are available on a first-come, first-reserved basis, and are not held until payment is complete.

Do I need to be there the whole time?
No, you are free to set your own booth hours within the event. We offer full event booths as well as daily booths. The mornings are generally the busiest.
Is my registration refundable or transferrable?
No, there are no refunds on vendor registrations and they are not transferrable.
What if my business is not listed for the booth tickets?
If your business is not listed, please email JillMitchell@jbfsale.com to confirm your business meets our criteria for family-friendly and further help with registering.
What are the booth setup times?
Full Event / Friday 9:00am -Sunday 2:00 pm
